The IPA NATIONAL POLO CHAMPIONSHIP OPEN had Sahara Warriors and Jindal Panther against each other
The first chukker of the 119th edition of the IPA NATIONAL POLO CHAMPIONSHIP OPEN opened up with Chris Mackenzie taking the lead and opening up the game with his nice lofted shot, marking the first goal of the chukker and the match. This was followed by another shot where Satinder Garcha passed the ball, but in deflection lost it; bringing the team work ahead, Siddhant Sharma takes a challenging and sharp move and grabs the second goal of the chukker.

The last chukker ended just in front of the Jindal Panther gaol mouth. Opening once again, Simran Singh Shergill, the Arjuna Awardee and the star player of Jindal Panther took the chance and challenging all the deflections grabbed the first goal of the chukker and also for his team. The chukker went ahead where Sahara Warriors took charge once again and Angad Kalaan looked good with the control and in a sharp hit grabbed the third goal for the team, filling the audience with applause. The chukker gallops ahead calling for a 30 yard penalty in favor of Sahara Warriors that Chris Mackenzie takes and turns into the fourth goal of the team.

Opening the third chukker was Dhruvpal Godara with a 40 yard penalty shot. With this, Jindal Panther had their second goal. Soon after this, the umpires again called out for a 30 yard penalty once again in favor of JINDAL PANTHER with Dhruvpal Godara on strike once again and the scoreboard came live to 3 goals to 4. The chukker stopped for a while as Naveen Jindal got injured but the quick ambulance attendance helped him recover quickly. Although, Akshai Malik came into play instead of Naveen Jindal. Getting back on the ground, Simran Singh Shergill pass and Daniel Otamendi's right timing in the last 13 seconds had the equalizer score.

Getting into the fourth chukker, Chris Mackenzie got into action with the spot hit penalty number 2 and grabbed the fifth goal for Sahara Warriors. This was followed by another penalty shot but this time in favor of Jindal Panther, 30 yard penalty that was taken by Dhruvpal Godara. With this, Jindal Panther had 5 goals against 5 of Sahara Warriors.

With the fifth chukker rolling in, in no time, Chris Mackenzie grabbed the first goal of the chukker and the sixth for his team. This was followed by Jindal Panther being favoured with 60 yard penalty but was deflected but Akshai Malik took the chance and in a backhander, had the sixth goal grabbed for Jindal Panther. Changing over with fresh horses, the players came in once again into action. There was no more changes in the chukker.

The last chukker had the tension building with both the teams at similar score. No wrong move would be appreciated at this crucial period. The chukker opens in favor of Jindal Panther with 60 yard penalty but unfortunately could not grab it. This was followed by two back to back goals by Chris Mackenzie. Team Sahara Warriors was in lead but just then Dhruvpal took a 40 yard penalty shot. After this, Chris Mackenzie took a spot hit. In the last eight seconds, Jindal Panther grabbed its eighth goal against the 9 of Sahara Warriors. With this we had Sahara Warriors coming victorious.
