On the first day of the 12 goal tournament, Maharaja Jiwaji Scindia Gold Cup four teams come down to play.

The first match of the day had team Cavalry- ASC an advantage of 0.5 goals. Moving ahead with it, Col Ravi Rathore, VSM grabbed the first goal in a 30 yard penalty. Soon after this, in a 40 yard penalty, Gerardo Mazzini seized the first goal for Sona- Sujan. Answering it back was once again Col Ravi Rathore, VSM, who in a 30 yard penalty grabbed yet another goal. The match went ahead and in a long run, Gerardo Mazzini once again seized the goal for his team Sona-Sujan. The chukker rested at this pace.

The second match of the day was scheduled at the Jindal Polo Ground, Noida where Jindal Panther and Sujan-Sona got down to battle it out. The first goal in a 60 yard penalty was grabbed by Arjuna Awardee, Simran Singh Shergill. Soon after this, the umpire blew the whistle and in a spot hit, the Arjuna Awardee Simran Singh Shergill seized the second goal. In the very next moment, Dhruvpal Godara in a 30 yard penalty seized the first goal for Sujan-Sona.

Into the second chukker, Dhruvpal Godara in a 30 yard penalty seized the second goal for Sujan-Sona. Ahead in the game, Dhruvpal Godara in a 60 yard penalty seized the third goal for the team. In a long shot, he once again seized the fourth goal for team Sujan-Sona.
