mity Polo Cup (8 Goal) polo tournament is in progress with 6 teams participating. The tournament will be played on half league basis. Six teams divided into two pools (Pool A – Beast Carnatic, Delhiites Polo, Sahara Warriors, Pool B – Aravali Polo, Adie Broswon, Jindal Panther). Top team from each pool will meet in the finals on Sunday, 10 Dec 2017.

League matches of the tournament were played today at Jaipur Polo Ground. Sahara Warriors beat Beast Carnatic by 6 goals to 2 and Aravali Polo beat Adie Broswon by 5 goals to 2.

Sahara Warriors beat Beast Carnatic by 6 goals to 2 in the opening match of the day. Matthew Perry and Siddhant Sharma scored one goal each in 1st chukker and 2nd chukker whereas Breast Carnatic could not find any target in these chukkers. In the 3rd chukker Himmat Singh Bedla scored one goal for Sahara Warriors while Basheer Ali scored one goal for Beast Carnatic. In the last chukker Basheer Ali again scored one goal for Beast Carnatic whereas Siddhant Sharma scored one goal for Sahara Warriors. Scorers for Sahara Warriors were – Siddant Sharma (3), Matthew Perry (2), Himmat Singh Bedla (1). Scorers for Beast Carnatic – Basheer Ali (2).

Second match of the day was played between Aravali Polo and Adie Broswon in which Antonio Manzorro and Kuldeep Singh scored one goal each for Aravali Polo in 1st chukker. In the 2nd chukker Antonio Manzorro again scored one goal for Aravali Polo while Abhimanyu Pathak scored 2 goals for Adie Broswon. 3rd chukker was goalless. In the last chukker Gaurav Sahgal converted a 30 yard penalty for Adie Broswon while Antono Manzorro and Uday Kalaan scored one goal each for Aravali Polo. Scorers for Aravali Polo were – Antonio Manzorro (3), Uday Kalaan (1), Kuldeep Singh (1). Scorers for Adie Broswon – Abhimanyu Pathak (2), Gaurav Sahgal (1).
