DEFENDING CHAMPIONS LA DOLFINA REACH THE FINALS OF THE COPA MUNICIPALIDAD DE PILAR 2017 YET AGAIN

Following the third and last day of the group stage, in which a total of 12 teams had taken part, only the best four could go through and the much awaited draw for the semi-finals was set as follows :
Las Monjitas vs La Mancha Chapa Uno
La Dolfina Palm Beach Equine Clinic vs Centauros HB
The semi-finals were scheduled to be played on Tuesday at Pilar AAP, Buenos Aires.

The first semi final featured Las Monjitas and La Mancha Chapa Uno while the second semi final saw the defending champions La Dolfina lock horns with Centauros HB.
The matches were thrilling as expected as the defending champions got through to the finals yet again where they will go against Las Monjitas who overcame La Mancha Chapa Uno in the semi finals.
However, the grand event of one of the most important tournaments of the AAP was postponed due to excessive and prolonged rains. The grand event was originally supposed to take place on Thursday, 2nd November. The Argentine Polo association will reschedule the meeting in the coming days.
