After the 14 goal Indian Masters winded up in favor of Sona Polo, the Delhi Fall Polo Season got ready for the IPA NATIONAL POLO CHAMPIONSHIP OPEN

The first match of the IPA NATIONAL POLO CHAMPIONSHIP OPEN got in action as soon as the umpires did the throw in. Dhruvpal Godara from that very second took hold of the ball and grabbed the first goal of the match in favor of Jindal Panther. This was followed by a quick penalty shot in favor of Sona Polo that was taken by Gerardo Mazzini from 40 yard. With this, both the teams stood at an equivalent score.

Following ahead was once again Sona Polo in action with Pacho. Answering it was Dhruvpal Godara, who grabbed the second goal for the team while also equalizing it. The match rested for a half time and returning back with Gerardo Mazzini in action. Almost taking a solo run, he grabbed the goal for his team. This was followed by Dhananjay Singh taking the fourth goal in favor of Sona Polo and within 10 seconds, Mazzini took hold of the ball to bring 5 goals on the scoreboard for Sona Polo.

The second started and in no time, almost controlling the ball solely, the +5 handicap polo player, Daniel Otamendi took the ball to pass it through the goalposts. Complementing the move was Dhruvpal Godara who bagged the fourth goal in favor of Jindal Panther. The chukker did not see any further changes in the scores.

As soon as the third chukker started, Dhruvpal Godara seized the ball and in a quick action bracketed the first goal of the chukker marking the fifth for Jindal Panther. The chukker went ahead and witnessed a lot of action on the ground. Galloping ahead, the umpires called out with a whistle against Sona Polo. Following this was Dhruvpal Godara taking a 60 yard penalty shot in favor of Jindal Panther whereby the scoreboard came to 6 goals against 5.

Just like the last chukker, Dhruvpal Godara seized the ball under his control as soon as the chukker started. He bagged the seventh goal in favor of Jindal Panther. Getting back into the game was team Sona Polo with Pacho in action who bagged the sixth goal for the team.

The last chukker had Mazzini in action at the spot shot where the last chukker ended. With this both the teams stood at similar score of 7 each. This was followed by Jindal Panther in action where with Naveen Jindal on strike, the team had its eighth goal. This was answered back with Mazzini in action, once again equalizing the score to 8 each.

The last chukker had Mazzini in action at the 60 yard where he grabbed the tenth goal for Sona Polo. The match went ahead and in the final seconds, Simran Singh Shergill grabbed the 12th goal in favor of Jindal Panther.
