The land of Wellington, Florida concretes the limited edition of Women Series held at the alluring ground of Santa Rita Polo Farm. The Limited Edition of Women Series uplifted with the match between two teams contesting for glory and gain prominent position in the polo world. May the best team win.



Masai of Palm Beach V/S San Saba

The feature game of the limited edition of Grand Champion Women series saw an exciting match between the teams, Masai of Palm Beach and San Saba Team for lifting the trophy in their hands with pride.

Before the match begins, Masai of Palm Beach got 0.5 points favoured on their side in the beginning of the match. Masai of Palm Beach slowly built a 4.5-1 lead late the third chukker before San Saba scored four unanswered goals to take a 5-4.5 lead early in the fifth and final chukker. With 38 seconds left in the game, Arellano scored the go-ahead goal and Von Falkenhausen added an insurance goal on a nice run to end the game.

Caughting us a little bit on our heels, commented by Masai of Palm Beach team. Jones scored a team-high three goals for San Saba. Echevarria and O'Hanlon each added one goal. Watson, Carta and Von Falkenhausen each scored one goal for Masai of Palm Beach. Asdourian was the team's field general helping her younger teammates throughout the game. Here ends the chukker and the final result of the match was Masai of Palm Beach- 6.5 and San Saba- 5.

Also, facts that Grand Champion was started with the women gender, Melissa Ganzi, A prominent polo player and the first women polo player on the earth to win the Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz.

Rising star Hope Arellano, 15, of Masai of Palm Beach was named Most Valuable Player after scoring a team-high three goals whereas, Elena, a 6-year-old off-the-track thoroughbred mare, co-owned and played by Courtney Asdourian in the second chukker, was selected Best Playing Pony.
