LOO-UIS VUITTON TOILET BY TRADESY X ILLMA GORE
16 November 2017
We often hear about the Arabs and their opulent stuff like their pet lions, super expensive cars made out of solid gold like if they aren’t expensive enough already
A Los Angeles based designer Illma Gore has designed a fully functional commode out of Louis Vuitton bags worth of $15,000(INR 9,80,000 approximately). She worked for 3 months on this extremely creative project, using 24 different bags and a $3000 suitcase to make the “fully functional potty”.
It is the collaboration between US designer retailer Tradesy and the designer Illma gore. You can find the famous Louis Vuitton monogram all over the toilet seat. And they named the final product as “Loo-uis Vuitton Toilet”. The fancy commode is showcased in Tradesy’s Californian showroom. If you are dreaming of enjoying the most luxurious way of dumping your waste into this commode then you have to spend just $100,000 (INR 65,40,000) as it is available for purchase but only for the Los Angeles customers.
The artist shared the photos of her art over the social media. Some people were amused by the super creative piece of art, while others were shocked. Would you like to use this toilet or would it ruin the brand’s identity for you?
