Maharaja of Jodhpur Golden Jubilee Cup : Finals

odhpur Polo Season 2017 which took place under the patronage of Jodhpur Polo and Equestrian Club Institution Jodhpur on December 1st, finished on Saturday. Maharaja of Jodhpur Golden Jubilee Cup (10 goals) was taken home by the team Rajnigandha Achievers in the finals. Honorary Secretary, Colonel Umaid Singh of Jodhpur Polo and Equestrian Club Institution, apprised that the final game for the Cup was played between team Rajnigandha Achievers and Bedla/Polo Factory at 3pm. Winning team Rajnigandha Achievers scored five goals and won the cup by the difference of one goal.

Yogeshwar Singh from team Bedla/Polo Factory scored one goal in the first and second chukker and one goal was scored by the team’s patron Himmat Singh in the second chukker. Simran Singh Shergill of Handicap (+6) scored a goal in the fourth chukker. The score of the both teams was equal (3-3) up to four chukkers.

Team Rajnigandha Achiever’s patron Dhupayapal Godara of Handicap (+5) scored one goal in the first and third chukker. Kuldeep Singh of (+2) handicap scored a goal in the first round and Hemendra Singh scored the winning goal in the last moments of fourth chukker.
